Bret Cleveland
 Bret Cleveland comes to the tree care industry with a background in business marketing/sales and earned his MBA from the University of Missouri, Columbia. Combining his education, talent, and interest in the outdoors, Bret broadened his experience with 6 years of sales and consulting for a respected tree care company in Kansas City. Now seeing a life-long dream to fruition, he is thrilled to own and operate Urban Tree Specialists with partner, Tony Wendland.
Bret is an ISA Certified Arborist (5 years) MW-4393A, and has over 100 hours of continuing education. He is also a KAA Certified Arborist (5 years), TCIA member (5 years) and member of HAGCSA (5 years). Bret has his Commercial Pesticide Applicator License in both Missouri and Kansas. He looks forward to bringing this knowledge and expertise to you, the customer, to provide you the highest level of service and satisfaction. Tony Wendland
 Tony Wendland has been dedicated to the tree care industry since he received his degree in Landscape and Turf Management from Kansas State University in 2004. While finishing his degree, Tony worked as an irrigation foreman with a revered landscape company for 2 years. Post graduation, he enhanced his experience and education for 4 years as crew foreman for a reputable Kansas City tree care company. Tony built a foundation of not only safe tree management, but also learned and applied key employee relation skills.
Tony continues to pride himself on gaining knowledge in the arboriculture industry. Through continuing education he works with the most current techniques and safety procedures to provide a high quality service in a safe working environment. Tony is an ISA Certified Arborist (4 years), MW-4464A and also a member of TCIA (4.5 years) and the KAA (4.5 years). Tony looks forward to coordinating with partner, Bret Cleveland, to see your tree work completed with the utmost care and expertise.

Benjamin Burgert
 After graduating from the University of Kansas with a B. A. in Biology and an emphasis on plant science, Ben Burgert found his way to the world of arboriculture after 2 years as a research technician. In the past 4 years as an arborist, he has gained a broad experience in all the aspects of tree care. Initially, Ben built his knowledge as a Plant Health Care Technician/Arborist Assistant working with Tony and Bret for a respected Kansas City tree care company. After 2 years, Ben started working with a full time tree removal crane crew in North Carolina, and most recently as the head Arborist at the Lyon Arboretum at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Ben has been an ISA Certified Arborist (2 years), MW-4666A, and has assisted in overseeing climbing workshops for the Aloha Arborist Association, as well as teaching climbing safety and chainsaw safety at the Lyon Arboretum. With a genuine love of trees and solid knowledge of arboricultural practices, Ben will go out of his way in order to make sure that safe and efficient work is the norm for his team.

Jeremy Feyh
 After receiving his B.A. in Education, Secondary Social Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia (Go Tigers) in 1996, Jeremy worked as an educator in the Republic, MO school district for 4 years. His path eventually led him to Kansas City, where his love of the outdoors inspired him to get a job in the tree care industry. Jeremy worked with Bret, Tony and Ben for a respected tree care company in Kansas City for 4 years before joining the Urban Tree Specialists team. As an ISA Certified Arborist (1.5 years) MW-4738A, Jeremy started his tree care career working in plant health care and now is one of the most knowledgeable and efficient climbers in the industry.

Collette M. Knipp-White
 Collette has recently joined the Urban Tree Specialists team as Office Manager. While being new to the arboriculture industry, Collette has ten plus years of Administrative and Customer Service experience. She has worked in several different areas of customer service and is looking forward to assisting UTS customers.
Collette has a deep appreciation and passion for the outdoors. She also enjoys planting, landscaping and shares in our desire for a greener planet. Properly maintained trees add a breathtaking view to any setting and Collette is here to assist you in making sure your tree needs are met. Her customer service philosophy is to put your questions and needs first and foremost, and she looks forward speaking with you.
Collette is available to answer your calls Monday-Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00 PM.
